2. Services and Quotes

• Service requests, quotes, and appointments may be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
• Quotes provided over the phone, by email, or through our website are estimates based on the information you provide (e.g., vehicle make/model, service required). Final pricing may vary once our technician inspects your vehicle on-site, and any changes will be communicated to you before additional work is performed.
• We reserve the right to refuse or decline service at our discretion, including where a vehicle's condition presents a safety concern or where the service location is not reasonably accessible.

3. Appointments, Access, and Location

• You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and legal location for us to perform the Service (e.g., a driveway, parking spot, or other suitable surface), and for ensuring we have permission to access that location.
• You are responsible for arranging access to your vehicle at the scheduled appointment time. If our technician is unable to access your vehicle or location, a missed appointment or rescheduling fee may apply.
• Same-day appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• Weather, traffic, and other conditions beyond our control may occasionally require us to reschedule an appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, by calling or emailing us using the contact details above.
• We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for late cancellations, no-shows, or repeated rescheduling.

5. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept card payments through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay by card, your payment information is entered directly into Stripe's secure payment system and is processed according to Stripe's own security standards and privacy policy. We do not receive, collect, or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVV — Stripe handles this data on our behalf. We only receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details (e.g., amount, date, last four digits of the card, if provided by Stripe) needed for our records.
• By providing payment card information through Stripe, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal.
• Prices for parts (e.g., tires, brake pads, oil, filters) are subject to change based on market availability and current supplier pricing, and will be confirmed with you before work begins.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Please contact us directly to discuss any billing concerns before disputing a charge with your card issuer.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• We use quality parts and follow standard automotive service practices for all work performed.
• Any warranty on parts is provided by the applicable manufacturer or supplier, subject to their terms. We will pass along manufacturer warranty information where applicable.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical issues, damage, or defects in your vehicle that are unrelated to the Service performed, or for issues arising from your vehicle's prior maintenance history.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, AB Tire Service's total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use of your vehicle, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Ontario's consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle, or that you have the owner's authorization to request the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and the service required.
• You are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

8. Website Use

• The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes about our Services and is not a guarantee of pricing, availability, or specific outcomes.
• You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or using the site for unlawful purposes.
• All content, trademarks, and images on this website are the property of AB Tire Service or used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced without our consent.
